RESUMO
O presente estudo aborda o urbanismo turístico
e os impactos sócio-ambientais e a suas relações com o indivíduo, bem como suas
dificuldades oriundas da laguna da Jansen. A análise dessa área de estudo é
algo bem relevante, pois além de ser um ponto turístico, é um ambiente que
sofre com fatores do tipo degradativo, com derramamentos de águas residuais e a
eutrofização, deixando-a imprópria para o consumo, são, entretanto fatores
burlados e escondidos à população da capital. O trabalho contou com métodos
dialéticos, caracterizando e analisando os tipos de ocupação bem como suas
conseqüências para o âmbito que se insere cada realidade As autoridades tentam
de forma desesperada promover eventos e urbanismos (construção de conjuntos
habitacionais para classe média alta) relatando um falso “bem-estar”
demográfico e ambiental da serena pútrida laguna. Além do problema ambiental,
vale ressaltar também o contraste social nítido nos calçadões da laguna, pois,
por ser uma área turística, é muito utilizada pela classe média alta para o
lazer, passeios. No entanto essa “comodidade” entra em paradoxo com a realidade
do outro lado da avenida tangente à área estudada, pois se trata de uma
ocupação desordenada, onde o cotidiano desses é totalmente diferente ao
cotidiano dos “privilegiados” que transitam às margens da laguna.

ABSTRACT
The
